Flowers just die.

I hear this a lot, "Flowers just die."

Well, yes, they do.  That's one of the best things about them.  They aren't static; they aren't permanent. Every time you look at a flower, it's different.  They move, they grow, they change and then they're gone.  And it's time to move on to the next one.

Ever had something that 'the new wore off'?  Something that you just absolutely loved...for a while.  Then you got used to it. It quit being unusual or exciting.  It became common.  This won't happen with flowers.  It can't because you know whenever you look at a bloom that it's only there for a short time.  You have to enjoy it while it's here, because it won't be for very long.  It doesn't have time to become boring or common.

Another good thing about flowers: you never have to dust them.
