Erin (my intern from last summer) is spreading her florist wings. Today she took a container, a list of flowers to use and an inspiration photo and no further instruction. She stepped right up, created a design and whipped out 25 centerpieces.

Staying within a client's budget and design requests can sometimes be a challenge. You can't always add a bit here or there. You just have to make it work . . . and make it look beautiful! Erin is definitely on her way to being a great florist.
I'm so proud of her!
